English interview

Journalist: John
European comissioner: Jodie

John: Good morning European comissioner, my name is John and I would like to have more knowledge of how is the European Union protecting the rights of minority languages.

Jodie: Hi John, you can call me Jodie instead of European comissioner to make the interview more close.

John: Ok Jodie, how many years have you been working as an European comissioner?

Jodie: I have been working for nine years.

John: Everyone is talking about how the European Union is protecting the rights of minority languages, isn't it?

Jodie: Well, you are right but I can't explain that to you because it is private information. The only thing I can tell you is that everything is working as expected.

John: But what method are you specifically doing?

Jodie: I can only tell you that it is not being easy to protect the rights of those languages but we are closely getting there. We are trying to show to everyone how important these languages are for our society.

John: Thank you for sharing that to me and for your time I hope that all this protection to the rights of minority languages goes as expected.

Jodie: Don't mention it!
